Coolmine Fitness Centre is located upstairs at the rear of Coolmine Sports Centre and has a comprehensive range of Cardiovascular equipment, Resistance machines and free weights areas. There are spacious Male and Female changing areas, with access to the Sauna/Steam suite from each room.

 Coolmine Fitness offers an excellent facility giving you Best Value in Dublin West, with membership packages to suit all budgets.

Membershipenables you to use all the facilities of a fully equipped Health Centre. Coolmine Fitness Centre has a spacious work-out gym featuring a wide range of both C.V. and resistance machines, incorporating top brands such as Concept II rowers and Life Fitness treadmills.

There is also a large free-weights area with a complete range of dumbbells and Olympic bars.   We provide a wide variety of Aerobic classes to suitable for all ages and abilities in the Aerobics Studio.

The Health Centre has a Steam room & Sauna accessiblefrom the Fitness Centre changing rooms for use after your work-out or you can try the Jacuzzi Suite (also includes Sauna and Steam room) which has access to the Swimming pool. You have use of the Pool during any Members or non Members swim time.
